Job Title: Systems Administrator

Description: The purpose of the position is to take 100% ownership and implement internal IT systems within the Radius Group.

Tasks will include the installation, customisation, automation and maintenance of all internal IT management systems, ranging from Ticket management and RMM tools, scripting, alerting and monitoring systems, the integration of sales and order processing and Account systems, bringing streamlining and greater efficiencies to operations and Billing systems. Thus reducing paperwork, improving invoice and service ticket accuracy, reducing lead times and providing best in class systems, both internally and to Radius Clients nationally.


  •  Source, evaluate and review compatible system to delivery Operational efficiencies
  • Liaise with third party suppliers, on systems review, pricing and make recommendation to BOM on technology road map stack to be used within Radius group
  • Implement new systems with the assistance of 3rd party providers
  • Custom-fit new applications into existing systems and processes
  • Customise new systems to meet Accounting and Service delivery requirements
  • Define future road maps for technology deployment – internal management systems
  • Design and carry out end-user training on new Systems
  • Provide ongoing quality review and system enhancement on installed systems
  • Undertake ongoing process and systems improvements reviews
  • Liaise with Service delivery manager to ensure systems are optimised for field service and Helpdesk engineering teams
  • Liaise with Sales Manager / Director to ensure end to end production and streamlining from quotations ticket generation and automating complete to invoicing
  • Designing and implementing Automation processes via Third-party tools, covering device patch management/client systems updates.

Details of any minimum competencies required:

  • Third level Technical qualification
  • Existing experience (3 Years min.) on systems implementation and customisation
  • Experience with systems enhancement and process improvements
  • Strong technical experience and knowledge of ticket management and accounting systems
  • Knowledge of MSP (IT Service deliver market)
  • Knowledge of reporting and monitoring systems along
