Radius Technologies is a leading supplier of IT, Cloud and Telecoms services nationally to a large client base from our offices in Waterford, Cork and Dublin. We are a fast-growing company as we continue to expand both organically and by acquisition. Due to this continued expansion, a vacancy has arisen on our sales team for a sales support executive working with the inside sales team.
Duties
- Deal with customers daily via phone and other messaging systems
- Qualify customer sales queries and requirements daily
- Provide quotations for customers within approved parameters
- Process orders in a timely fashion
- Deal with suppliers for pricing and product information
- Assist Sales Account Managers with proposals and sales quotes
- Maintain internal records to ensure they are kept up to date
- Assist with client licence and services renewals
Requirements
- Strong customer focus and friendly outgoing attitude
- Good Working knowledge of IT systems and terminology with the capacity to learn quickly
- Understanding of Microsoft Licencing
- Understanding of IT products and services
- ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to prioritise tasks to ensure that customer queries are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner
- 3+ years IT sales experience in a similar environment with knowledge of CRM and quoting systems
- Ability to liaise between team members and clients
- Ability to take on multiple tasks and roles while retaining focus on primary role
- Strong attention to detail
