Position:                              IT Helpdesk Representatives

Location:                             Waterford

We have vacancies for 2 Helpdesk Representatives based in our Waterford Office

The primary responsibilities are;

– Liaising with our clients by phone, email or via our IT system
– Assessing the client issue (s) and urgency and recording same as a ticket in our IT System
– Assigning the client issues (ticket) to the appropriate engineer
– Managing call queues and emails ensuring calls/emails are answered in a timely manner
– Escalate issues to the Helpdesk Manager

Competencies and experience;

• Strong Customer Service focus and skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Computer skills
• Time Management Skills
• IT background/skills desirable but not essential as training will be provided
• Experience in working in a busy dynamic environment
