Helpdesk Engineer – Level 3

Overview

Due to company growth and expansion, Radius are now seeking an additional experienced Level 3 Helpdesk Engineer. This role will support Radius clients across the country, this full-time role will report to the Technical Services Manager.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Level 3 technical escalation point for the help desk team
  • Identify repeat technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Log track and resolve issues in line with SLA’s
  • Train/up skill the help desk team
  • Provider excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Technical support for teams in the company, including overall input into systems issues, deployment methods, infrastructure improvements, etc.
  • Creating documents/knowledge base

Skills/Qualifications

  • 3rd level degree qualification with Microsoft certifications and/or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant technical experience.
  • Detailed understanding and troubleshooting experience in a virtual server environments server 2016 / 2019 (Hyper V)
  • Knowledge on Azure, Office 365 and security center
  • AD and DNS troubleshooting experience
  • Firewalls support experience – VPN’s, Firewall rules, NAT translations, Policies
  • Strong, focused and capable mature individual centered around Customer support and service
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to work and plan in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Willingness to learn/up skill in a changing technical environment.
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Configuring and managing RMM and Microsoft Systems center
  • Building and configuring Server hardware – including RAID configuration
  • Strong, focused and capable mature individual centered around Customer support and service
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to work and plan in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
